Neither Madras food. Nor Chettinad food. It is not even Tamil food. Hanging posters of Madras from the past is just not sufficient. That which matters doesn't pass the test.

It seems you are having a bad experience with almost all the restaurants you visit...:-)

That reminds me to write about the good restaurants. But praising them is not fun. Or is it ?

I did write about some good restaurants too.

There is a Chettinaud in Jersey named Aachis. It is really good. Other than that there were not much restaurants in US where I can appreciate the chettinaud flavor.

For us it may be difficult to eat but for americans they may think that they are having a good indian restaurant, unless they haven't tasted in any other.
